Frequently asked questions
What counts as a DUCA?
Each unique customs declaration filed with SAT counts as one DUCA, including DUCAs created by automatic splitting of invoices with more than 999 lines.
What if I exceed my monthly quota?
We notify you at 80% and 100% of your quota. We never block your operation or charge overage without your approval. You decide whether to upgrade or wait for renewal on the 1st of each month.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits accumulate month to month with no expiration date. What you pay stays available whenever you need it.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect on your next renewal date. Accumulated credits are never lost when you change plans.
How are regulated clearances billed?
Firearms (DIGECAM), vehicles, and special regimes may include a surcharge billed once per shipment, plus Vision OCR when used. Ask us for current rates.
